Even in a group class, they will help pinpoint things to make it useful for each person. They seem to keep the environment pretty lively, so it's a good time!

(August 19, 2018, 10:30 am)Reforming Indy has completely changed my view on “working out”. This studio not only focuses on the body but also the mind and soul. The classes are small, which allows for plenty of one-on-one teaching. I would recommend Reforming Indy to absolutely anyone - regardless of skill or experience level. The instructors will challenge you but will always make modifications to suit you. Best Pilates Studio in Indy!

I don’t want to sound cliche but when I went in to the studio and took my first private session I was hooked and have noticed a complete change in my body and confidence since going to classes in only a couple months a few times a week.
