  I started going to Champ just after it opened. I was looking for a new chiropractor and having the option of personal training as well as chiropractic all in one was great. Having Dr. Ian not only in charge of my chiropractic work but also designing the exercises that would help reduce my everyday discomfort was a perfect scenario. Over the years, the level of care I have received from Champ has been awesome. My treatments change as my needs change to keep me as pain free as possible. Sometimes I just need some light muscle work and a quick adjustment, other times I need Graston and some neck traction. While I did not initially think I would enjoy the Les Mills classes and other group fitness classes that are offered, my wife convinced me to give them a try. Now I really enjoy them. They are both challenging and fun. The family friendly environment of the classes, and the support everyone gives helps keep you motivated to stick with it and really reach your fitness goals. Anyone looking for a place to workout, or looking for a great chiropractor, I strongly recommend Champ for all your needs.

  The group fitness classes are great! The instructors' enthusiasm is intoxicating. Even at 5:30 in the morning, the motivation is high. The warm and welcoming group, keeps everyone coming back.

  Fantastic place for a perfect work out. Amazing staff that care about you and help you achieve in all ways. Wish closer to me I would go all the time. 10 stars. .

  We love Champ! Dr. Ian and the staff are all very professional, nice and upbeat. My family sees Dr. Ian for regularly weekly chiropractic adjustments. He always takes the time to address our concerns and is very patient and kind especially with our two year old (who can sometimes be a handful). We highly recommend Champ!

  I absolutely love coming to Champ. The Les Mills classes are fun and the instructors are so motivating. Champ is a great place to work out for all ages. Awesome service with great, friendly people! Dr Ian Stone and his staff are always helpful and easy to work with. I highly recommend CHAMP! I am addicted :-)
