Amazing Community with Amazing staff!
I was here for rehabilitation after falling. I’d definitely return if needed. I think the care was excellent and the therapy department was exceptional.
My mother has been in the Memory Care side of Copper Trace for a few months now. After having had one terrible experience with Carmel Senior Living, we have been very pleased with the care, compassion & attention to detail she has had. There is a true "family-like" environment and the staff is always smiling and pleasant. Mom is kept clean and so is her room and bathroom. Her clothes have been tagged and are washed weekly. All the staff encourage my mom to participate in activities, something she has not done in the past. She is always invited and encouraged but never forced. We believe this encouragement has increased her physical activity which has in turn increased her abilities to walk, think, remember, make friends and be content. Any issues we've encountered have been addressed quickly and efficiently by the director, Laura. We feel at peace knowing mom is safe, secure and cared for in a compassionate way. It's difficult to leave your loved one alone, especially when they're 92! Our family is so grateful for the caring staff. We would highly recommend Copper Trace to another family in need. Thank you!
Laura in Memory Care is amazing. Looking forward to getting to know more of the other staff members. Beautiful building and love the idea of the continuum of care!
If you are looking for a nursing home that is compassionate, loving and supportive, Copper Trace might be the home you are looking for. We placed my mom in several nursing homes throughout central Indiana over the past couple of years. Copper Trace stands out not because of how nice the facility is, it is because of the people that work there. The day my mom passed, workers who had the day off came back to say goodbye and give us hugs. The staff truly cared for my mom and I can never repay them for how much their compassion meant to my mom and to me.
