It’s was. holiday weekend and my Uncle passed away. I’m across the country with little time to plan or research anything. I would normally Speak directly to the florist a designer to work on an arrangement that I personally approve of choosing my own balloons and making sure that it looks the way I want it to look. But this time, I did not have that option because I was too busy and I had a time crunch of meeting everything done and delivered to the funeral home by 10 AM the very next day and everyone was closed. Their online ordering system was very straightforward and easy and it was simple for me to add my own preferences in the notes section and just let it go and trust that everything would work out. Guess what? It did! They just sent me a photo of the arrangements that they delivered along with a confirmation and offered me to do this review all in one email so easy!!! Love this place will totally use them for all my floral needs in this area thanks so much!
My mom passed away fineral director recommended. They took are order even added stuff we didnt think about with only a day to fill our order. They made it happen. Awesome crew!!

Here's an update of my review, Plainfield florist was kind and very quick to update and rectify my experience. They gave me a follow up first thing their business opened the next morning. I spoke back to the rep Diane she was very kind and helped bridge the gap in miscommunication and tried her best to salvage my experience. I was able to receive a free new arrangement which was also sent out in a timely manner . I offered to repay for new arrangement they declined & insisted their top priority was to ensure I have a great experience and my arrangement was a great representation! Job well done! Diane did say she would partner w/ me before she sent out arrangement but when they sent me the picture of updated arrangement, the message read "this is the follow up arrangement that was sent to my party". If I had to give feedback before it was sent out it would be to make sure the flower colors were brighter and more engaging not so much dark green and dark pink & red flowers color but more brighter lighter tropical colors. All and all thank you Plainfield florist for your speedy reply and working hard to rectify the issue and send out w new beautiful arrangement .
