She was nice and not too pushy, took my information and let me know to expect a call from Wendy for my quote. Wendy called me about 45 minutes later and she was very kind and understanding, we spoke about my current insurance and all of my options. The easiest experience with an insurance agency I've ever had. I would recommend them to anyone!

She explained and answered every single question of mine (I tend to have a million and one questions) . She was absolutely outstanding and helpful. I will never go anywhere else. Highly suggest this place.

When I explained I was shopping around for my best rate, she understood and did push me or try to oversell me. She simply answered my questions and invited me to call back even if it was just to ask more questions. I love that. I will be making an appointment soon. Amazing kindness and 100% customer service.
