Choosing to work at The Willow Center was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I will forever be grateful to be a part of a team that has pushed me outside my comfort zone countless times. I have grown as a professional and as a human being due to their support and trust. I have the privilege to serve a community I passionately care for alongside like-minded individuals. We support one another and hold each other accountable which creates a work environment that I'm excited to be a part of each day. Not only does The Willow Center focus on Evidence Based Practices, but we also break the norm and encourage clients to stay engaged with us after their recommended treatment is completed. Doing so creates a recovery family that I am proud to be a part of. I was given the opportunity to run the outpatient substance abuse prevention program at Hendricks County Work Release, so the amount of support I have is endless at the facility and at The Willow Center. Our team members care about each other inside and outside of the workplace. We encourage one another to take care of ourselves and live outside of our comfort zones. I love my work family and the clients we serve. I can't wait to see where these opportunities lead us in the future.

I highly recommend The Willow Center! I had the opportunity to complete my internship at the facility and it was a wonderful experience. The programs are designed to educated and empower clients for success. Staff is passionate and authentically care about clients. I had the drug prevention class, and honestly both of the staff members that worked with my group, were incredibly nice and helpful. My favorite was Danny, she’s a really sweet and decent person, and hearing about her personal battles really helped me relate to her. Honestly, moving further into my sobriety I’m glad to say I went to the Willow Center. The interactions with staff were always pleasant, and the building as a whole feels like a safe space. If you’re looking to go sober, from whatever you’re using or dealing with, I highly recommend the Willow Center!

This place is amazing and filled with people who genuinely want to help people. They completely changed how I felt about therapy in general. I loved the group settings and being able to vent, discuss and debate with others who were in a similar situation. The one on ones with counselors helped me set goals that were actually achievable. When therapy sessions were over I would leave feeling amazing and in a better mood in general. Willow Center changed my life. Honestly, they saved my life.
