  Took my Goldendoodle to Pet Smart groomer today. They were very nice & listened to my requests regarding the haircut. Followed all my instructions to the letter & did a wonderful & thorough job. Couldn't be happier. My Molly went in looking like a Harley fanatic & now looks like a superstar, ready for the red carpet! Thanks Pet Smart!

  fun place for animals and humans...used the grooming department they were polite professional and well trained took great care of my dog. done right and reasonable. store was clean also

  While this place isn't bad, especially if you have a traditional pet, I own two bunnies and their "small pet" section is lacking. The tunnels are great for Guinea pigs or ferrets but not at all for rabbits. I have two Holland lops which are the smallest breed of rabbit and range from 3lbs for runts to 6lbs for false dwarves and none of those tunnels are good for them after their baby stages.
  
  They also carry pine shavings which are toxic for bunnies if not prepared right and none of the packaging details how these shavings are handled so we just steer clear. There are also many, and I do mean many, poor quality food and bedding choices for all small animals. There are some good ones but you have to know what you're doing and you can't go in blind the way you can with a more traditional cat or dog.
  
  This said, they're pretty good for a pet store. No pet store houses Betta fish properly but that's a pet store issue rather than this store specifically. They do have in house vet services for cats and dogs though I'd appreciate if an exotic were scheduled about once a week. So many people don't have a traditional pet and that would certainly help. They also have grooming services and we got pictures with Santa this year.
  
  So overall good but I had to dock a star for their small pets section. It's much better than some other stores but that doesn't mean a lot when other stores have nothing at all.

  This place is usually pretty good. Online order pickup is pretty simple. The staff is usually friendly and helpful. The biggest complaint I have is that they have a huge selection of stuff for dogs but only like 2 aisles for cat stuff. Anymore I order from Chewy because they have a much larger selection.
