  What a great place with some amazing staff. I spent 5 months there for rehab and was very pleased with the therapist, they were very nice and personable. It made it a pleasure to go to therapy and work with them. The charge nurses always listen to my concerns and helped me work through them. The administration worked with us on many insurance and Mediciad issues and even stayed late several nights to wait for my husband to get off work so they could help him with the confusing thing we call insurance. All around just a very caring and compassionate staff! We continue to go back to visit and to play bingo, they have become a second family to us. Brooke Knoll has an outstanding lady as their concierge, she is there for the patience and residents concerns and is truly an amazing lady, it is more than just a job to her. I know of no other facility that has this. I would definitely recommend Brooke Knoll.

  We chose Brooke Knoll for my mother's rehabilitation after she suffered a heart attack. All of the staff were caring, considerate and professional and were committed to our goals of getting her home and living there safely. She was very happy here. She has always refused to even think about selling her house and moving into a retirement community, but this very positive stay had made her rethink this a bit. We know she would be safer and more involved living in a community such as this rather than isolated in her house. This facility has helped her understand this by having her live it.

  Brooke Knoll is a great place! My mother is there and she loves the people she says there like family! I would recommend Brooke Knoll to anyone for their parents!

  Top notch care. Staff extremely friendly and do their jobs in a professional and expedient manor. They get to know the residents and always treat them with respect and dignity. Worked with my family in regards to Medicare issues, as well. Couldn't be more satisfied.
