  My family and I have lived here since August. Had a bump in the road here but we got it resolved. Jennifer was amazing to work with. She got us in pretty quickly. The staff in the office are nice and easy to work with. And they do everything they can to work with you on things. Thank you Jennifer and Debbie for giving my family a safe and beautiful environment to live in..

  My family and i have lived here for roughly 4 months and we love it. Jennifer in the office is always pleasant and friendly rather she's in the office or out in the community. I know she worked hard to get us in our home and we're thankful she did. They keep the grounds pretty well maintained, although the playground doesn't have swings and there's not much for older kids to do like a basketball court etc. I can say though it's peaceful here besides the rumbles of Lucas oil raceway but for us we enjoy the sound of the engines rumbling. (Indy is known for racing) Maintenance did a really good job at 1st but we still have a issue that was never addressed (musky smell especially when the ac is on,now that it's cold we don't smell it) but i guess I'll have to pay someone in the spring to figure it out. The homes come with a 30 day warranty so that was really helpful. Although our home didn't have many issues. Over all we are truly happy with our home,neighbors,the community and the staff. We highly recommend this place.

  As a long time resident, I have had very few issues here. When I did, the office was quick to resolve. I own my home and the staff has gone over and above to help. They plan fun activities for the kids and the grounds crew does an excellent job in keeping the place looking good.
  Are there rules?? Yes, but nothing ridiculous. They do their best in keeping everything nice and safe.
