  With a phone call I was able to speak directly with Lynelle and have my car insurance reactivated for a vehicle I purchased after having been involved in an accident. I easily made a small change to my policy and was informed of the cost. Ashley has been of great assistance helping me through the process of getting my claim filed. I love the fact that I have been able to speak to staff without an automated system!

  Nick was kind enough to meet with us after office hours to accommodate our work schedules. He interacted and played with our son while giving us valuable information and making sure we had policies that were best for our family. He went above and beyond!

  It has been such a joy working with Nick Pate and his incredible staff! As usual, Lynnell Taylor went above and beyond what was needed to ensure that my insurance would take effect on my new apartment. It was a quick and easy process laying my life that much easier! Keep up the great work team!

  Nick Pates office has such wonderful staff! Rachel is always so helpful. You can tell she really cares about her customers! I would recommend Nick's office, and Rachel in particular to anyone.
