  This is the perfect place to live, the appartments are very comfortable nice size . The management from the office and maintinance, are all wonderful.
  I love the fact it is close to so much.
  I am starting my 3rd year and not in the best of health, and i have the most wonderful neighbors, they will help you if you need it.
  The quiteness out here is unreal, no loud noises, no children running in the streets, nor family misbehaveor.
  All in all, i love it here and hope to be here for a very long time.

  Walnut Creek Apartments is the best complex facility in Kokomo! The management is extremely professional and the amenities that are offered are convenient. Maintenance fixes whatever problems you may have ASAP. I have never had any difficulty living here since my time of stay.

  I’ve lived here for 2 years now and I don’t have a single complaint. The closest thing would be the apartments are little outdated. The staff is amazing and are very helpful. The amenities are unbelievable for an apartment complex. I would totally recommend living here. Good job Walnut Creek.

  This place is perfect for you if you want to stay with your family or just alone.. they have plenty of amenities.. maintenance guys are great, they get the things done immediately.. office staff is very helpful and available quickly.. they really take care of their tenants .. campus is very clean and bright... gym is well equipped and always well maintained..apartments are spacious and clean..

  Spacious apartments with great maintenance, and people at leasing are very friendly in assisting the residents. I highly recommend this place. This place has a lot of amenities to offer. Let's get to the pros and cons.
  
  Pros:
  
  - Excellent maintenance
  - in-unit laundry facility (no need to go out or wait for your turn)
  - gym with reasonable equipment (I would have given 5 stars if gym was upgraded)
  - Indoor racquetball & basketball courts
  - Outdoor pool, basketball & tennis courts
  - Very spacious club-house
  - FREE breakfast when you are lazy on a weekday
  
  Cons:
  
  - As I mentioned, gym needs an upgrade
  - Standing showers in the main bedroom are kind of small sized.
