We've used Bill twice now, and each time he's been great to work with. Our HVAC system is on the older side, we'd rather pay for repairs than get a new one right now, and never felt pressured by Bill to do more than what was needed. He's always on time and clear about what he's seeing and what he did. I would highly recommend.
Today Bill fixed our AC at 9:30pm in order to give same day service which will make my family wake up very happy. My first interaction with Bill was New Years Day 2009 when our furnace stopped working on a very cold day with a 2 month old baby in the house. Bill came fixed our furnace that day with no extra charges for it being a holiday or short notice. Bill has always been very fair and expedient in his services. I highly recommend.
Before we found Bill, we had another company jury rig the relays in one system because they didn't have the right parts consequently we were continually having trouble with that unit. We called Bill and he got it going using the correct parts and eliminated the problem.
Bill has worked on our furnaces and air conditioners for several years and installed a new furnaces a couple of years ago. We have always been very pleases with the work he has done. We have (2) old systems that he has repaired for us and always does only what is needed.
We have never been disappointed, extremely pleased with his work and recommend him to our friends.
Bill installed a 2 unit system in my 130 old victorian. Not an easy task with one unit in the basement and the other unit located in the attic He had this done in a matter of 3 days and his estimate came in 2500.00 less than others who bided the job, didn't attempt to up sale me on equipment that wasn't needed. He even worked late on on a Saturday evening to ensure the system was in place prior to a party I was hosting the following day. System has been in now for just over a month and no issues what so ever. Bill has stopped by twice to make sure all is functioning as needed. Extremely pleased!
