(November 13, 2018, 3:59 pm)My weight has been up and down my whole life. In the past, I used food as comfort. When I first visited UFIT, I thought, OK let me try this one more time. I was scared, and didn’t want people looking at me. To my surprised, not only did I start to feel good about my body after a few months, but my mentality started to change as well. UFIT not only focuses on your body; they also nurture your mind and spirit. I feel blessed to be part of such an amazing team. They truly care about my wellbeing. God definitely put me in the right place, at the right time. Of course, I cannot say enough about my favorite trainer Ricky! He has helped me tremendously! He has been there for me during some VERY difficult times and has pushed me beyond my comfort zone. I mean, who does that? Have you ever had a trainer care that much? For me this is a first! I love it! Thank you so much!

Briel is my trainer and her attention to detail keeps me from getting bored, all the while reaching towards my fitness goals. I never feel judged or self conscience because the whole team genuinely cares and encourage you every step of the way.

(April 18, 2017, 11:22 am)My husband and I work out together with Audra as our trainer. She is awesome at demonstrating how each exercise should be done for maximum benefit. She then watches us to see if we are doing it correctly and not hurting ourselves by doing it the wrong way. She is lots of fun and truly cares about us as individuals! I highly recommend Audra as a personal trainer!
