  Coldest day of the year and the furnace quit working. Made a call in the evening for a service visit and they said they would be out between 6:00- 8:00pm. Arrived at 7:00pm. They were on time, efficient in their diagnosis and repair and extremely friendly. Very impressed at this customer service with temps below zero and what I know had to be a very busy day for them.

  When we called our furnace blower had stopped working. Techs came same day to inspect. Showed me the repair options and prices and suggested a new furnace would be better than investing in a 20 year old unit. Prices were up front and communicated clearly. They came back the next day and installed the new furnace. Service techs were professional and courteous. Cleaned up after themselves and completed the new furnace install with no issues. I would recommend Complete Comfort to others.

  My water heater broke and I decided to have it replaced with our home warranty. Complete Comfort helped me work with my difficult warranty company to get it replaced as quickly as they could manage and continued to stay in contact with my home warranty company throughout. Everyone I spoke with was understanding and helpful, and didn't sugar coat how long things were going to take, which I appreciated. They also gave me a day and time they were going to install and showed up on time, alerting me before they came so we could make it home to meet them.

  When I made my initial purchase, I did comparison shopping. Complete Comfort had by far the best deal. As a bonus, everyone was so nice to work with. I just had to have my thermostat replaced which was a bit costly due to being programmable and for a heat pump, but I don’t fear that I was overcharged. Good people.
