    I've been very impressed with Mark IV, they've been to my home for a preventive and maintenance check of my heating and cooling system for the last few years and I will definitely be having them back and if ever needed they will be the first I call because I feel that they are very professional and very honest etc.

    My experience with Mark IV has been nothing but positive and completely different than the other reviewer. I’ve used them for a furnace replacement, installing air returns to my second story (yes, didn’t notice that one when I was buying the house!), installing a whole home humidifier, and general HVAC maintenance. My initial contact was to solve the extreme temperature imbalance between the floors, much related to the lack of air returns. Steve and Mark conducted an entire home analysis to determine mathematically my home’s heat loss and gain. They were thorough, friendly, clean, and on time. I appreciated the attention to detail and using some science behind the decisions they made. They were not high pressure whatsoever and developed a 3-part solution. I do think they may be on the higher side of price, but I honestly haven’t even gotten competitive bids because I trust these guys implicitly
