I started going for strength training and 2 years later I feel stronger and healthier. Jenny is professional and supportive in her approach to help me reach my goals. This is the first health goal and approach I’ve ever been able to stick with and I enjoy it.

Great place that helps keep muscles strong. I quit going for a while, but when I went back, I noticed quite a difference in my reflexes and response time while skateboarding. My trainer is awesome also. Thanks Jenny!

I have been training at Exercise Inc for the past nine years. Kyle has been my trainer the entire time. The training program along with the staff’s flexibility works with my busy schedule. The training program and personal coaching has enhanced my overall health. The program is structured and meets my needs and requirements.

I started Excercise Inc in Greenwood on October of 2015. Kyle Morrison has been my trainer the whole time. He has been fantastic to work with and has done a great job of keeping track of my progress. During this time I have been able to drop about 15 pounds and keep it off. I feel that my strength and health is much better than before I joined. I look forward to my appointment every week.
