Absolutely one of THE best auction houses! First class honest folks here. Been buying for a few years and most recent purchase was not as advertised. It wasn’t their fault (wrong truck correct trailer in box). Heck it fooled me until I received it. I reached out to let them know and they immediately responded and asked if I wanted to return it. I declined as it was only $120 item and I could recoup most of my cost by removing from package and selling/parting out the two pieces. A week later a partial refund check shows up because they felt bad it wasn’t as advertised. They didn’t have to do that and I didn’t ask nor was I expecting. That right there is the true definition of customer service, something unfortunately some auction houses are lacking. Thanks Lyre & Laura & Chupp Auctions….you folks are FIRST CLASS!!

Hello: I attended the lure auction on 1/15/15. I was impressed with your auction. The auctioneers were easy to understand. The fast pace was great. Your staff was very helpful & courteous. It was one of the best auctions I have ever attended. I will be back. My friend and I talked to one of the management on the way out, about getting some of us lure collectors together and pooling our lures for an auction. All of us have accumulated 100's of lures, and would be more than willing to part with some. Maybe this can happen this spring.
