(March 29, 2017, 5:40 pm)I had an amazing 60 minute massage at Optimal Chiropractic by Janet. It was a very relaxing massage. Janet is very knowledgeable and skilled. She was able to pin point exactly where I was having issues and she melted the pain away. I would highly recommend getting a massage at Optimal Chiropractic.

The office staff are welcoming and caring. I was a previous patient of Hayes Family Chiropractic and he sold his practice to Dr. Nelson. Dr. Hayes highly recommended Dr. Nelson to his existing patients and so I continued in the new practice. No regrets. Crown Point is lucky to have such an amazing general wellness practice in our community.

(November 3, 2016, 6:27 am)Monday morning I was in so much pain I couldn't even stand up straight. I have a family of 7 to support on a single income and can't afford to miss work. Well, thanks to Dr Ashley I was able to go to work that night. My wife and I have been going to Optimal ever since Dr Ashley opened in Crown Point. She's a very caring person who is extremely good at what she does. She is also incredibly knowledgeable about health and fitness, I love learning from her while she adjusts me. She's very positive and upbeat and has a great staff helping her!
