Honestly their staff is amazing. Every time I come in from a stressful day at work or from my business , they always make me feel welcome and motivate me to get an exceptional workout in as well as hear me vent about my day. They do all of this while catering to all types of customers from different walks of life being polite and courteous to all of their needs and demands.They are always cleaning machines, restrooms, etc;cleanest gym around. Little Shannon, Ryan, Sam, Big Shannon, Kara, and all the rest of the staff are the best! My staff can learn a thing or two from there example. This is why I always go to this gym which is 10 miles out of my way because it’s simply the best around.
The staff is awesome. Ryan and Shannon are the BEST!! Just wish they had more of a variety of machine's.
Marissa is great! She has always been so welcoming and helpful every time I have come in! Gym is also super clean and the atmosphere has always been nothing but friendly and enjoyable!
You get exactly what they advertise. A judge free place to stay in shape. Staff is friendly. Everything is clean, from the equipment to the bathroom. Multiple machines and weights so you don't need to wait. Inexpensive membership, technology integration, and great amenities. They make it easier to go to the gym. You won't regret going, but you may regret stopping. The hardest part is forcing yourself to keep at it. I really should start going again....
Clean gym, plenty of equipment, great price. Nice clean locker rooms, great staff. People of all shapes and sizes feel comfortable working out here.
