Dr Bayer is everything I like in a physician. Knowledgeable, caring, listens, not rushed, straight forward, gives options when ableand wants the best for her patients. Her staff is very friendly provides thorough explanations.

Dr Bayer is incredible. She explains things at a level that you understand. She listens to your concerns and never makes you feel rushed. I’ve been to her twice, most recently for a broken ankle. She is honest with you and compassionate. Amazing doctor. I would recommend her to any of my family and friends.
Her staff is also wonderful and does a great job scheduling, I’ve never had more than a 10 minute wait.

I have to have surgery in December with Dr. Bayer and she has been wonderful with answering all my questions I have had about it. Highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr Bayer has been fantastic for my 14 year old daughter. She is extremely thorough, and so concerned for her well being. My daughter needed surgery back in January for a second knee dislocation. Dr Bayer not only eased our minds but always directly spoke to my daughter to make sure she was comfortable and spoke directly to HER and answered HER questions. She is also extremely smart and as a nurse myself, I never left with any question unanswered. Her exams were very detailed and I was always impressed and content with her care. She also made sure my daughter was comfortable and never had any questions unanswered. Surgery went flawless, recovery was flawless and she recommended the BEST physical therapy for my daughter as well! (Tricore Therapy-St John IN) I could not say enough about her. My daughter is now 8 months post surgery and has had no issues after her MPFL. She is really by far the best doctor. Really really appreciate her staff and her thorough care! Never a doubt in my mind she was 100% concerned and did the best job I could ask for for my daughter.

So far Dr Bayer has been AMAZING. My husband broke his arm in 2 spots and she has been the most patient informative dr I think I’ve ever spoken to. I will post more feedback after his surgery today.
