First came here in 2021 after my wife broke her hip and we were waited on by Basil. We were in need of a bathtub bench and a cane for my wife. Basil was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of his products. We recently went back because we needed a wheelchair for a short period of time and they rent them by the month. Once again Basil took great care of us. This is our go to place for Medical Equipment. Thanks for all of your help Basil!!

The gentleman running the store was very friendly and knowledgeable about the medical products. We rented a hospital bed and it was promised same or next day. It was delivered same day! Thank you!

My mom fell in November and broke her hip. We received a walker through Medicare, but we were in need of a cane. Cheryl and Basil were wonderful and answered several questions. Not only were they knowledgeable about the equipment but when my mom's walker was in need of repair, I was 100% satisfied with their willingness to help. I would recommend this medical supply store for anyone in need of assistance with medical supplies or service to help them through the recovery process.

EDIT: The delivery went SO smoothly. They called as promised to let us know they were on the way and were timely and efficient. It was such a blessing to be able to get the bed so quickly.

I went today in search of a hospital bed and wheelchair for my mother who took an unexpected and precipitous turn for the worse recently. The gentlemen here could not have been nicer or more helpful. I wound up purchasing a wheelchair since they had the exact one I needed (although they do rent them also). I also ordered a hospital bed for a three month rental (full electric). Basil asked me when I needed the bed and I responded the sooner the better. He said he would have it delivered this afternoon. While it is still morning, I feel comfortable that the bed will arrive today and that means a lot. The showroom is large and crammed with items to help care for loved ones. Things I didn't even know existed. All medical supply prices are high (as is healthcare in general), but no higher than anywhere else or online for equal products. Based on my experience so far, I would highly recommend. Will follow up on how delivery of the bed goes....

I called in need of a Hoyer lift and hospital bed for my sister expecting to wait days before getting one. However, the company was able to accommodate me, for a small extra charge the next day even though I was outside their normal delivery area. The equipment was very clean and worked perfectly. All the needed accessories were available to purchase as well. The delivery and set up ran efficiently and quickly. When time to return the equipment came, the service man came the same day that I called. My deposit refund was credited the same day as well. I did not attempt to collect insurance coverage as they told me it did not qualify.
