Two Hearts Homes for Seniors

I have worked as the Executive Director for Jasper County Community Service for almost 20 years. We have seen the need for senior community living growing over the years. Two Hearts is a positive choice for seniors, when they need an alternative to living in their own homes. Some of our participants reached that time in their lives and chose Two Hearts. I have seen, personally, the impact this change made. The environment at Two Hearts provides the "at home" atmosphere, yet supportive services needed for those wishing to remain independent, yet needing a community living environment. Two Hearts is a beautiful place to call "home", that allows independence, safety, and excellent care. Residence become family. Each day and each person is important to the staff. The vision that began was developed with love, care and consideration of the highest regard for not only the present but the future of Two Hearts.
