I've been seeing Erin Bartels for 7 years and I absolutely love her!!! She's so caring, kind and friendly. I can't even imagine seeing another dermatologist. I trust her implicitly. Appointments are easy to make, no long wait and I ever have a problem come up the staff get me an appointment in a very timely manner. I can't say enough about this place. If you need a good dermatologist look no further!
I had a Absolutely wonderful experience even though I was diagnosed with Skin Cancer at 42yrs old. From the first Appointment to Biopsy to Follow-up to Scheduling Surgery to having surgery procedure to full body scan and follow up! I loved my Surgery Team in Munster especially Dr. Soleymani and My routine Doctor Dr. Hoffman in Dyer.
I will say originally trying to get in with their office was a bit Challenging.....I stuck it out and continue to follow-up with many phone calls and left messages to get my first initial Appointment. After the first Appointment was Set it was smooth sailing from there Forward!!

From the moment I called to schedule my appointment to arriving for my appointment, I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and inviting upon me arriving. Dr. Jang as well as her assistant was very patient and she took time out to listen to my concerns and explain possible solutions to me. I look how my effective my treatment will be a few weeks from now.
I have pretty high anxiety at doctors offices. I felt so comfortable here. The staff was very organized and friendly. Dr. Hoffman was just as pleasant as can be, and extremely helpful! I would 110% go back again and refer anyone!
Having a very unique medical situation it was extremely stressful to find a helpful dermatologist office. I read the positive Facebook reviews of Dermio Dermatology and decided to give it a try. I am sure glad I did. From the moment of walking in, I instantly felt relieved. The front desk staff was was extremely welcoming and helpful. The exam rooms were clean and only had a very short wait time to see a doctor. I had the pleasure of working with Erin who took time to listen to my concerns and offered helpful solutions with a friendly smile during a stressful/scary time for me. Being a self pay patient I was treated with some of the best care I have ever received. I will make sure to recommend to everyone I know.
