I have been waking up at 3:30 am since July 2020 to attend the early morning classes. I enjoy having a different workout each and every day. The trainers are good also. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a different, yet challenging, workout to give Burn Bootcamp Rock Hill a try!

This is a community of fit women (mostly women, some men) who support and encourage one another in a way I've never experienced before. I've been a member for two years and have lost more than 100 pounds because of their nutritional support and their challenging workouts.

Burn Boot Camp Rock Hill is the place to be! The workouts are always fire and the trainers are the best around! You never ever get the same workout twice! You gain more than a gym when you come here you gain a family. I have been working out for most of my adult life and have never stuck with a gym for more than a few months, I’ve been at BBC Rock Hill for THREE years that’s how good it is. So come give them a try you will not regret it and it’s FREE for seven days!

Joining burn boot camp is one of the best decisions I ever made the instructors are friendly and helpful they really care about you getting the best out of your workout, the motivation here is at the highest level , it’s not easy but it is so very worth it, after my first day I said to myself it’s to hard I’m not going back but here I am seven weeks in and I love it, I feel great and I definitely see the results, burn boot camp YOU ROCK!

I have been at Burn Boot Camp Rock Hill since they opened the doors just over 2 years ago. What I have gained will always been more than the weight I have lost. And I have lost weight, 156 lbs to be exact. But what I have gained is friendship, love, a new way of life. Burn saved my life. There is no judgment at Burn, the trainers meet you where you are in your journey and the community is the best. High Fives and Good Vibes!
