The client base is like family. Best of all is that I see results and receive compliments on having tone arms, etc. They are at a great location and it’s well worth the investment of time and money!!!

(January 3, 2019, 4:56 pm)Was told to come check this place out over 3 1/2 years ago. And I did. I live 35 minutes away and the family vibe and workouts I got here is like no other. Have made many friends along the way. The workouts pushed me passed what my mind told me I didn’t think I could do any more. Then one day the owner asked me to get certified so I can help him teach classes and to become his manager. That’s a decision I’ll never regret. The work and the fun and the knowledge I still get is like none other. We help those around their schedules and not what works best for us, but for you. Give us a call or stop by.

(January 3, 2019, 1:28 pm)I have been coming to this location on a regular basis for a little over a year now. Love the variety of workouts with 2 very experienced trainers. Workout times vary from early morning to late evening seven days a week. Great place to meet new people. Come check it out!
