All of the staff are very nice and made the entire experience the least stressful it could be. Paying for the entire treatment instead of individual appointments makes things so much less stressful and easy. I would 100% recommend this place for anyone considering laser hair removal.

I have PCOS & was incredibly self conscious of the excessive hair on my face. I took the leap (of faith) & began treatments right after my initial consultation. The staff is kind, professional, discreet, & supportive. Their nurse explains everything thoroughly & is amazing at listening to your needs & concerns every single session. I was so satisfied with my facial service that I bought the Brazilian Plus. (Since I’ve been waxing since I was eighteen.) All in all if you’re looking/considering laser hair removal, whether for more medical than cosmetic reasons, Milan is highly recommended. Take the leap; you deserve it!

Highly recommend this location for its customer service and laser treatments. The entire staff from the receptionist, to the consultant, to the nurse who performs the laser is professional and friendly. I also appreciate that each appointment is prompt yet thorough. It's definitely worth bundling up multiple treatment area's to get the best value. Areas like full legs, Brazilian, or full face take so many appointments to get the best results, so having unlimited laser treatments is worth it for me. I've tried other spas that offer 6 treatments for a cheap price which seems like a great value at first but it's not worth it if you're doing a large area bc those areas often need at least 10 plus touch ups. Since I'm picky, I like knowing that I have unlimited treatments until I get the results I want, however many appointment that takes. I really like this place and the way they do business, 5 stars!
