  This is the second time wevew used Dye (two different houses.) Each time they have been fast, polite, and great to work with. Our leak started Thursday night at 9PM. I called 6 different companies and left messages. Dye was first to call me back, at 7AM. Within an hour, someone was at our house. He was amazing. Very nice, went above and beyond for us. The job even ended up costing less than what we expected. We still haven't even heard back from 4/6 of the other companies I called. From now on, Dye will be the only company we call. Can't recommend enough.

  I have an old furnace system and experienced the inevitable system failure this morning. Dye sent a service technician out in about an hour. He was a very friendly and courteous person. He promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem. we had heat again within 30 minutes or so of his arrival. he stayed to ensure that the system was working properly and creating a measurable difference in the temperature in the home. He also took the time to answer questions I had about the system and give me his advice for future.

  Had a furnace emergency during the deep freeze. They were here quickly and worked hard to resolve multiple problems. The techs were all respectful and determined. Thank you. Nathan really went the extra mile today. He checked every thing twice. The furnace is working perfectly.

  The hot water heater at our rental home quit working on Sunday, I called Monday for an appointment, made an appointment for Tuesday. Received a call there was a cancellation. Hot water heater was repaired on Monday. Friendly, proficient service with minimal downtime. Will definitely call Dye Plumbing & Heating for all my future plumbing & heating needs!

  I had a non-emergency bathtub faucet leak. The plumber was dispatched the same morning I called, which was convenient. Drew & his associate were very cordial & professional. Drew detailed the project & the projected costs. It turned out that the entire tub valve had to be replaced. The job was completed in a timely manner. The worksite was cleaned after the job was done & tested. Appreciate the service very much.
