(December 7, 2018, 12:10 am)My husband and I along with our 3 year old and 2 employees stayed here for a couple of weeks. 2 different rooms. The room could've been cleaner for sure and housekeeping rarely ever came around. However I do not blame the housekeepers because there were like 2 of them tops while we were there. Meaning 2 employed there period. It was like some days they showed up and some days they didn't and when they were there they were slammed. The "manager" here definitely needed to do some things and I don't know manager correctly maybe? I actually saw the manager here a couple of times during my stay and he definitely had an arrogant attitude. The phone system was admittedly by them messed up. Everybody's room phones would ring all hours of the night and day but nobody would be on the other end. There is one washer and one dryer for the entire hotel to use but you aren't allowed to use it after 10pm, even though it is in its own little area with a door and can't be heard from any rooms. They don't offer any change in exchange for cash either in order to use it. Hot tub didn't work The entire time we were there and The warm pool was cloudy dirty looking so I was nervous to get in it. The ONLY reason I gave the amount of stars I did is because of the hotel employee that worked up front. She was ALWAYS there. When we went to sleep she was working and when we got up the next morning she was working. I don't know when she ever slept but she ALWAYS had a smile on her face and fixed any problems immediately. I can't say for sure that I would ever come back but if I did if she was no longer working there I wouldn't stay.
