This place is a joke which was recommended by a friend! I should have known when they had to remake her dentures! When I got mine they were too long cut my gums and the dental assistant tried to adjust them telling me over and over that's how they are supposed to fit. I've had dentures for over 10 years and my old pair fit 10 times better than the clown teeth they made. The dentist came in and told her they were off. Now I have to wait a month to get them back! And its been months waiting for the clown pair. After tons of appointments with the wax pair you would think these would be perfect! Not the case they are thicker than my first temporary pair from Affordable Denture and it only took one day. This place needs go back to school and learn how to make teeth because clown teeth are not acceptable! Going back to Affordable Denture and one day service! At least I can still use my old teeth to eat because they dont cut my gums and lips up every time I put them in! DO NOT GET DENTURES HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE MISERABLE AND WASTE TIME!
Dr. O and the staff have always been polite, respectful, and caring. I have never arrived to hear of any office bickering or arguments, and I have always been seen on time - every time! The office is well staffed, and I have seen the staff go above and beyond the call of duty to help their patients.
