I'm a satisfied customer. The convenience and safety of my vehicle are very important and this company provides both along with great customer service and the drivers help with your luggage. I will always use Fast Park & Relax when I have to catch a flight.

Once again, a great experience at Fast Park & Relax IND. It seems to be a well-oiled machine as they make it easy online to setup your time you will be arriving. Once you show up, they do the rest.
The employees make it very simple. They take the stress off of us and take great care of our vehicle every time.
In addition, you can't beat the price.

Easy and conversation all around. The driver was awesome helping this mom traveling with 2 kids without my husband. I only wish all drivers posted QR codes. I had cash going but on the way back had no cash and that driver definitely deserved a good tip.

A friend told us about this parking option. We were traveling with our granddaughters and decided to give it a try. It was wonderful. We arrived VERY early in the morning and the gate attendant and driver were very friendly and helpful. The driver helped with all of our bags, stroller and car seats and was quick and efficient. Upon our return, the next driver was just as friendly and helpful. The shuttles were VERY clean and we only waited a few minutes. I will be using this parking facility/service for ALL of my future flights out of Indy!

Convenient, fast, and stress free. Drivers are courteous, professional, and very helpful. This saved us so much time and we didn’t have the added stress of finding a parking spot. Also, we knew our car would be safe and didn’t have to think of it the whole trip. It was exactly as we had left it. To top all of this, it saved us money!!!
