  This is for the infant room (All star). I love my son's teacher Kelly. I was always there basically 100% of the time. And I built a relationship with his teachers. I do feel they need a third teacher with the infants, so the main teachers will get breaks. And they need to get pay more.
  
  Parents need to be very involved in their kids classroom and get to know the teachers.
  
  There was a practice fire drill that I happened to be there for. I and other teachers witness another teacher handle a little girl wrongfully. Basically, snatching the little girl by her arm very hard, which end up hurting her. I was very disappointed, I mean very very disappointed to see it handled. Of course, I reported it to couple people there. So hopefully they did address it. Because if that was my baby I would wanted someone to do the same. But overall, if that didn't happened, I would give them a five star.

  I truly love Children's Village. Our whole family does. The people there are so caring. I know they are looking after my child with intent.

  The biggest thing for me is that they are consistent. They have created an environment that children can learn in, while still focusing on the care that each child is getting. The quality is excellent. It is such a positive place to be.

  The safety and security is superb. It's important to me that I can count on the teachers and staff to take care of my child, and at Children's Village I know that is true.
