  My dog broke all the toes in his paw due to him flailing himself out of my arms. We came in, myself panicking, we are quickly showed into a room. It appeared busy but still had a doctor come see my poor dog. They did an x-ray and after talking with the surgeon the doctor told me the options and was honest about my questions. I ended up staying and they never once asked me to clear the room for someone else even though I was there for over six hours waiting for my dog to be finished with the realignment of his toes and bandaging. The techs are wonderful about soothing my anxious questions. They all love their job and it shows.

  Indy Vet was responsive, professional ( when caring for my pet) and caring when it came to our family pet. The other reviews talk about the cost. I believe they need to find a new way on how to approach you with the cost. It's not the money more than it's how you deliver the information about the money, which then makes you feel like it's all about the money. Thank for being professional in the last moments with our dog boss.

  Unfortunately our little dog Maggie has a cancerous mass in her chest, Dr. Hyslop answered all of questions to our satisfaction in order to make a very difficult decision. He was so kind and very patient with us. We never felt rushed to make a decision on what should be done. Thank you to all for your understanding that she was our baby and your kindness and patience.

  The staff was awesome! My little boy's dog had a horrible infection. They were able to diagnose and treat him and gave me the option to choose what diagnostics were performed, rather than doing more than I could afford.
  
  They also have a blood donation program that I encourage everyone who can to participate in. Some day it might be your dog who needs a life-saving blood infusion.

  Just got home. When I got there I was a mess. I forgot my ID and didn't have my injured pup in a carrier. They got me checked-in and in a room quickly. I know it probably isn't normal, but they got me in and out in an hour. The staff was so attentive and was great at listening, and providing the care I was asking for. I am grateful for the tech Robyn and the Vet (I will update once I remember her name) she was fabulous. Thank you!
