I have to be transparent here, I fell for the typical stereotype that CrossFit kept us chiropractors in business because it caused so many injuries....boy how wrong I was. There is nothing better for you than CrossFit! It activates all three metabolic pathways, it’s functional, and it stimulates the neuroendocrine system. If you are looking for a place to start your transformation than look no further, TWR is the best place to join. Monica (the founder) is amazing and is always listening to her members. She always puts the gym and it’s family first. Kiel Holman (head coach) and the rest of the coaching staff are extremely skilled and motivating! They will not let you fail when it comes to form and will push you to achieve your goals! The members of the gym are the hidden gem. Everyone is extremely nice and fun. They are always there to help in anyway that they can. I am very blessed to be a part of TWR and it’s family. Now it’s time for you to come and see how this small gym is changing so many lives!
Best gym I've ever been to. Monica and Kiel are always accommodating.
Great gym with great people. They have different packages available at different price points and they don't make you sign a long term contract. Always clean and well maintained.
I couldn't love KAHA more, it's the most successful I've ever been in going to the gym on a regular basis--they make it FUN! The class lineup is amazing and all of the instructors are enthusiastic, approachable, and seem to genuinely love what they do. They welcome everyone from all walks of life and all levels of fitness. Give it a try, you won't regret it!
I have belonged to a gym for years. Every day at the end of the day, I would have the same internal battle about motivating myself to go to the gym. After I did one Body Pump class at KAHA, my mindset has been completely different. There are still hard days, but I know others will be there to work hard with me, I know I will be motivated by the instructors, and I know I will get a better workout there (800 reps, people!) than I ever would on my own. I feel energized and see changes in my body-which has never been true in my time at the gym. This pushes me harder than I thought I was capable, and it's addicting!
