We had an ultrasound done on Sunday February 3rd. The atmosphere was great!! I was so glad there was enough room for our family and grandparents to be a part of this special day!!! Our tech was Tammy and she did an amazing job!!! She took us straight back to the room when we got there!! There was some confusion on our part when signing up to do this online and she stayed over to make sure we got exactly what we wanted!!! She got us some great pictures of our new bundle of joy!!! Thanks Tammy for a great experience!!! We will be recommending this place to friends and family in the future!!!

We had a ultrasound yesterday and the tech was so kind and took her time. I was a little frustrated when we first got there because we had to wait so long, but the session we had was absolutely worth the wait. I love the pictures we got. The $25 off was a nice surprise as well for being a returning customer! I wouldn’t recommend any other place, besides this one. The atmosphere is great and the facility is super clean and very well put together!

Amazing! Megan was amazing we never felt rushed and left with a ton of images. I wouldn’t waste your money or time on any other place. We were completed satisfied from beginning to end!!

The whole family had a great experience. The atmosphere is wonderful very comfortable and relaxing. We had Tammy, she was amazing. Very friendly, she mad our experience worth it. Baby made it hard to find the gender but Tammy didn't give up and was optimistic we would find it.... and we did! Would highly recommend!

Hello all, upon scheduling an ultrasound at Castleton HD Ultrasound I read EVERY single review that was posted here. The good, the bad and the ugly ones. For the most part all of the reviews were pretty good and everyone seemed to have enjoyed the services that were rendered here. So I decided to go and create an experience of my own. Upon my arrival with my family and friends, we walked in and helped ourselves to a seat and waited to be greeted. In that very moment I recalled one of the bad comments that I had read. I didn’t think much of it until my family and I were sitting there 35 mins later and still hadn’t been greeted nor acknowledged. On the contrary, I still gave this establishment a 5 star rating because there was only ONE tech there and she was the actual tech rendering the service. It’s one thing to go to an establishment expecting it to be ran a certain and it’s another to be understanding of the actual service, time frame, as well as the employee to customer ratio. Once realized this and I had actuall met the lady she was very nice. She welcomed me and my LOUD, overly EXCITED, blended family back and apologized for the wait. She took her time to make sure that every picture was clear and answered every question my family had (which is why there was no one to greet us at the door). She was assisting another family and creating the perfect experience for them. I scheduled for the $99 packet and received more pictures than we paid for. Over all I had a wonderful experience here would just like to say before you post a negative comment about this establishment think about your OVERALL service and the experience they are trying to create for every expecting family❤️
