I had the most pleasant experience with both Linda and Keith. During the stressful time of moving, they made the transaction of renting a storage and providing a moving truck seem effortless. Customer service was exceptional and they genuinely made me feel appreciated and taken care of. I highly recommend visiting them if you find yourself with a storage need!

This is a very well-run business. The Manager, KEITH, is a knowledgeable professional with great people skills. His assistant, LINDA, is helpful and a joy to work with. The facility is clean, secure, and lighted very well. This was my first storage rental experience and I am fully satisfied. If I need storage space again, I will definitely return to Geist Self Storage.

Linda was great. She explained everything about the truck and made sure that I didn't forget the gas receipt. She opened and showed me my storage unit. Explained all the papers that needed signed, very clear and concise. She made everything as simple and easy as possible.

Service above and beyond my expectations. Linda was super helpful and walked me through availability. At check in, she took the time to cover all of the information regarding rental, access, etc. Highly recommend!

Pleasant experience renting a unit. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Took the time to take us around the facility, show and explain our options. Everything is clean, well maintained, and lighted well. Love that there is 24 hour surveillance and staff on property. We are happy we chose Geist Self Storage!
