I have been a tenant for 4 years, in a single family house, I have never delt with a better property management group. ( many people tend to stay with private landlords out of fear of "companies" ) I have had the best experience with communication and also maintance. There is not 1 time i have put in a maintenance request that was not addressed immediately! And on my schedule (super rare) until i purchase a house i do not plan on moving i love my house, my property management group and my neighbors.
