John rented a space for over a year. EZ Stor worked with John, calling and reminding him regularly that the rent was due.
John's code was taken out for short periods of time til payment was made.
John was penalized Once, and a late payment fee was administered.
John's disgruntled demeanor from Day 1 turned dreadful, and he took the time to post a distasteful review.
EZ Stor notified John that the lock on his steel door was missing, and he needs to address the situation.
It turns out John had his son climb the gate when his code was taken out, and passed to John items from his unit.
John skipped out on the remainder of the lease, never to return.
As happens in retail, there are customers that are more than difficult to work with.
John Oesterling falls in to that category.

I was late many times on my rent and the gal did not charge me late fees. I have found her funny and very accommodating. It is a family owned business and I have been very pleased!
