We are so glad we found Certus at Waterford Lakes for my mother in law. She was 96yo with dementia. She lived at Certus from November 2021 to April 2022 sadly she passed on April 15th. The staff at Certus are wonderful I just wish we found out about them sooner. She also had hospice care thru Cornerstone Hospice which was recommended to us from the staff at Certus. Cornerstone Hospice is the best thing we did for her and us along with putting her in Certus. Wonderful staff very loving and caring. Treated mom like she was their mom. Wonderful.

As always I was cautious bringing my dad anywhere but home, they at Certus have been consistent with great care. I and so thankful I found them and I know my dad is in the best hands of caring people.

My father was at Certus from May until October of this year. He passed on November 5th. I am so thankful that we found Certus when Dad began to need help with his daily activities. Katie took Dad under her wing as he transitioned to his new surroundings. The staff was so kind to him, it made leaving him less stressful as I knew he would be taken care of. if you’re looking for a place for your loved one with dementia, I would highly recommend Certus of Waterford Lakes.

My mother has been here since April 2021. This is such a wonderful place and I know that she is getting excellent care and attention. I am thankful for each person who interacts with her, as they show kindness and concern for her wellbeing. CERTUS is definitely an excellent facility with excellent staff.

Beautiful one year old memory care facility. The staff is wonderful and truly care about their residents.
