  Steve came out to my home on three separate occasions to repair an oven. He was kind, courteous, he came earlier than expected, which was great—all three times! He is a clean-cut young man, hard to find! He knows his trade! The lady who did the scheduling for me all three times was just as nice. I think anyone who is in need of appliance repair would do very well to choose Turner!

  Steve came out to my house.Great job,quick ,very,proffessional.
  I believe their prices are a bit high ,but my part has a 3 yr guarantee.
  All in all ,id recommend them..

  Getting an appointment was easy and quick! The employee came to my home and quickly identified the problem so I scheduled an appointment for repairs. Unfortunately, my part arrived damaged and I wasn't informed until the Day Off. This was frustrating but I spoke to Rick, the owner who offered a discount for the inconvenience, although he made it clear that he shouldn't have to because "these things happen and we live in an imperfect world". I wish I had at least been notified sooner but nobody checks the parts until the Day Of. I do wish the employee had worn shoe covers before walking on my carpet, he didn't either visit. Anyway, I'm pleased with the work, feel the prices are fair, and I would call Turner Appliance again for an issue.
