  Loved it! Fast service. The food quantity for the price was just right and the taste was amazing. Ambiance is cool and inviting.

  Portillos offers an authentic dining experience. From when you walk in, the place is very open and the dining room has many booths and tables to choose from.
  
  Then as you walk to the back of the store you can read the menu above the registers. I recommend standing a ways back and know what you want before you walk up to the register.
  
  After you order, you get to see the food made fresh along the prep lines as you walk to the other end to pick up the finished product. As a former prep cook I eat that stuff up.
  
  The food came out quick. It was hot and delicious.
  
  The workers were polite and happy to help. The place was busy but not loud enough that I couldn't hear my date.
  
  I'd recommend to anyone who likes their style of food. It's a fun place to eat.

  What a fun place to eat. Lots of cool interesting things to look at. I would like to decorate my house away they decorated the restaurant. Although I probably wouldn't be able to fit a vehicle inside my home for the decor. Also you might be wondering is the food good? Well guess what, it is. And they have things like burgers hot dogs pasta and really good desserts. I like to eat desserts but because of that I weigh more than I should. That may be more information than you were looking for but I thought you should know

  First time there and the food was good. Hot dog was great, fries were fresh. Super busy place but we we're able to find a place to sit and we didn't feel rush or crowded. We also had the strawberry dessert that was very delicious.

  Vast menu and everything is delicious. Especially the staples they are famous for like the Italian beef and chocolate cake shake! Fast and courteous service. Affordable and filling portions. Facility was clean and well maintained. A new favorite.
