My husband and I lived here for a year to save money to buy a house- the rent was cheap, the apartments were nice and big, and the management was great! They were always so helpful- especially when it came time for us to transition from renting to home ownership. All of our neighbors were friendly as well! Overall it was a great choice!
Have lived here for about a year now. We haven't had any problems thus far. We've enjoyed the neighborhood. Able to take walks as a family. Also, managment is very nice and works with you in many ways!! We wish there were more community events and updated bathroom appliances. Overall great apartment and great price!
I have lived here for 5 years. Have always been happy with the office staff, maintenance, etc. The rent is reasonable and other tenants are nice. Would recommend to anyone :)
I moved in about two months ago, the buildings are well maintained, clean and quiet. The apartments are beautiful and our apartment was perfect when we moved in, everything was clean and new. The office staff is incredibly friendly, and I although I hadn't needed to call maintenance to fix anything they did walk us through our apartment when we moved in to make sure everything would be working properly for us when we moved in.
In short it's an amazing place to look at and you can tell the staff takes pride in their work (:
