  first time reviewer long time member here. If you want to become the greatest version of yourself... do yourself a favor and train at IVB. From the motivating staff to the top notch equipment you will recognize gains at a pace you haven't seen before. Keep calm and lift on.

  I started going to iron valley about 4 months ago now, and I’ve learned ten times more than I have here than at any other gym. In the past I’ve had phases where I would attend other gyms like planet fitness and I was never able to stick with it for more than two months. I didn’t have anyone to truly hold me accountable. Let me tell you. After being here for such a short amount of time, I don’t need anyone to hold me accountable anymore. The culture and atmosphere here hold me accountable, I hold myself accountable. The most impressive thing about this gym is how much you will grow not only physically but mentally. The people here are unlike anywhere else. I was really intimidated at first and kept thinking “what did I get myself into, I don’t belong here, I’m barely a gym person let alone a hardCORE gym person” but I DO belong here, and you do too! Whether it’s Zach saying “what’s up homie” as soon as you walk in, or Jay with a new book recommendation, or Dylan warning you about the nose torque smelling salts, there’s just something about this place that feeds your soul. PS - this review deserves all the cheesiness.

  Great place to train and everyone is so friendly. Atmospshere is top notch and a lot of equipment to utilize. If you ever have a chance to train here, DO IT.

  Love the atmosphere at IVB. Zach and his staff are not only great people but awesome to work with and super knowledgeable. I usually work out at home but gave IVB a try from finding them on social media, definitely did not disappoint. Would recommend this gym to anyone. Looking forward to the Power Jams in a couple months. Can’t wait to see what all they achieve this year.

  If you are in Indy and looking for a gym. This is he place to be. Endless amounts of knowledge in those walls. It’s a family at IVB. This is what a gym should be.
