  Chris was awesome! He did everything he could to provide grate customer service. Even waving down a driver before leaving the parking lot to make sure they got there whole order. AMAZING!

  I was on this side of town for business and stopped in. I was so impressed with the general manager and his team. I stopped to complement how well he and his team were working together. His proficiency was perfect. For as busy as they were he was there to lead his team through the rush, employees were all working together. The all seemed of urgency to get the guest hot food and with a quickness. Everyone can learn a little from that G.M for sure.

  My grandchildren absolutely love Arby's roast beef sliders! Every Arbys in Indianapolis that we've gone to has been great! Our orders are always correctly charged, given correct change & correct food, food is packed carefully with napkins & needed utensils given & correct condiments without our having to ask! They even ask us if we want condiments, it's a pure delight! Arbys should get 6 stars! Everything we need/want is always in the bag!
