I had a great experience with Integrity Carpet Care. I had a runner installed on my staircase. At our first meeting, Chad was extremely helpful in understanding what I was looking for and coming up with a solution. I appreciated his enthusiasm for the project. While there was a delay in my product arriving from the maker, Chad kept me informed throughout the process. The installation went well. Chad and Matt did a fantastic job with the install and it looks wonderful. I couldn’t be happier.

Chad and his team are awesome! I have 25 year old Berber carpet in my house and every time I have them come out to clean it, I'm blown away at how good it looks when they leave. Having a dog and cat in the house means I need to stay on top of getting this old carpet cleaned after any unfortunate "accidents" and I'm always happy when they leave because I feel like I have new carpet, it looks so good. Pricing is competitive and worth every penny. Highly recommended from me and I'll never use another carpet cleaner as long as I have carpets in my house. Thanks again Integrity!

Chad met with me to pick out carpet for the entire house. Brought all his samples with him. Even met me closer to the competitions price after quoting me a bit higher initially. Awesome customer service and great install.

Great service! On time and very knowledgeable! They installed my carpet as well as cleaned it several months later to keep my warranty valid! I recommend them for any carpet issue!

Chad is amazing! Always answers his phone immediately, the fastest response time I've had from a carpet company. They provide excellent customer service from beginning to end. The high quality carpet is awesome and warranties for 10 years (some are 15 years if you really go big) I had a limited budget and they worked with me to get what I wanted at the price I could afford. After doing some carpet comparisons, this was low pricing for high quality - I can't get better than that! They installed it quickly leaving time for them to carpet clean a few extra rooms for me. The installation and cleaning were professionally done and everything was cleaned up nicely afterward. Both my kids, my wife, and my dog love it. I did good! Actually, they did good for me!
