I have been a patient at Progressive since 1990 when I moved to Indy. Every visit has been excellent and I have received exceptional care. For that matter, my wife and kids have as well. If you are looking for eye care, look no further!
My daughter and I got an appointment on Saturday which was convenient for our busy weekday schedules. We were seen promptly. Everything was explained clearly from insurance coverages to medical issues and the doctor and staff are professional, friendly and personable. It's a great customer service experience all around, and those are hard to come by these days!
