Great high quality staff and training.
I’ve been coming here once or twice a week now for just about a year. I started after my physical therapy was complete following my knee replacement surgery. I will be 73 in 2 weeks and there is no question that I have benefited a lot from working here. The biggest advantage I’m seeing is that I’m adding 4/5 miles an hour to my golf swing. I think that is the result of being stronger and more flexible than I was a year ago.
Awesome staff that’s very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. It never feels repetitive and you’re always learning new things to push yourself. They have great hours that can accommodate people with different work schedules which is awesome for me. Highly recommend checking it out
