  Fantastic place to get your eyes taken care of. Dr. Sharp is very thorough and Jada and Alesia were awesome at helping me pick out the best pair of glasses.

  Top notch quality of care and customer service.
  
  The office staff are welcoming, funny, friendly, polite, and professional. The dr’s and technicians apply that same attitude and are clearly very skilled and knowledgeable in what they are doing.
  
  Standout things I noticed from my appointment include;
  - Office staff ensure all of your information (insurance/billing info, relevant medical history, etc) is collected and organized PRIOR to your appointment using an online booking system. You walk right in, where you’re warmly greeted and checked in. There’s no lengthy questionnaires or tiresome discussions about insurance information— they’re prepared for you.
  
  - Dr Ashley Giltner is everything you could want in a provider. She patiently listened to all of my concerns then took her time to answer each of my questions, in full, assuaging lingering worries I had about my eye health while also advising me on best practice to preserve the health of my vision and monitor for red flags. My new prescription contacts are clearer than ever and I now feel confident in my eye health after such a thorough examination. She certainly spent more time with me than she had to and I never felt rushed and that is so valuable to me when receiving health services.
  
  - NO high pressure sales tactics or sneakiness to get you to spend more than you have to— all costs are provided up front and are more than fair when compared to competitors. The office team gave me copies of my prescriptions as well as free contact samples.. they encouraged me to try them out for a couple days before calling back to order for the year.
  
  - When the exam was complete and I went up front to check out, the ladies in the office had already reviewed my benefits and sketched out all of my options and costs on paper for me— they made it so clear what the pros and cons of each of my insurance options were, and as earlier stated I never felt pressured to exercise any of them.
  
  I 100% got the sense that everyone I interacted with wanted what was best for my vision and my wallet, nothing more, nothing less. Norman & Miller will be my new regular provider for Eyecare

  We recently went to see Dr. Cameron Norman at the Glendale office and absolutely loved it! The staff was very friendly and answered any questions we had. Our 4 year old ended up needing glasses and they were so helpful in getting him fitted. The frame selection was very stylish with plenty to pick from. They also figured what would be the best deal to order contacts for me which I greatly appreciated. We are looking forward to the visit to pick our glasses and contacts! Couldn’t be happier with our choice to go to the Glendale office for our exams!

  I needed new contacts and needed a new place to go (didn't like the last person I had seen and missed my hometown optometrist). The reviews were good for Dr. Bernstein, so I thought I would give him a shot. They were able to get me in quickly and the office staff was very nice. He was also very nice and thorough. They were able to give me contacts to try, and my order came in pretty quickly. They also specialize in kids, which if my daughter ever needs to get seen for eye issues, is a plus for me!
