Dr. Hayes and DaWanna were EVERYTHING! Initially, I chose this location because they could get me in soonest! I live on the opposite side of town!

DaWanna was very comical and helpful with payment options!

I’m so glad I came here. The ladies were welcoming, accommodating and VERY knowledgeable of anything I asked!

This may be the BEST Tavel location in Indy!

I’ve been going to this location since I was a kid. I’ve been calling for months to get an apt, but I was told my insurance said not for another couple of months. My vision is not great and I was panicking bc both pair of my glasses were now broken. I called again, and I just happened to get Miss Brittany who actually told me I had other options. I could get them replaced. Oh my gosh she made my day! I had no idea. So I raced over after work on a Friday at 5:52 pm so that I can fill out an affidavit to have them replaced. I walked in and Chris greeted me while another young woman helped a customer and he finished up with his current customer. So Chris is helping me and when I tell him I still have my lenses he picks up my frames from the wall and puts my lenses in them for me. I have had a long line of bad luck so believe me when I say I am eternally grateful for the team at this location. Neither one of them rushed us even though it was now past closing time. I just wanted to say…Thank You.

Every one was so polite. Staff very helpful. No wait. In and out. Selection of glasses are beautiful. I totally enjoyed my experience more than any other appointment I’ve had for a check up.

I came in as a walk-in. Even though I didn't have an appointment I was quickly assisted and told I could wait in case someone didn't show up for their appointment. The young lady went ahead and schedule me. I saw a lady doctor at the Lafayette Road location. She was really helpful and informative she also had a really sweet disposition. I've never needed glasses, and she helped me understand what was going on with my eyesight. From the young lady who scheduled me to the doctor and also the young lady who assisted me with picking out my frames the experience was really nice I would definitely recommend them. I apologize that I can't remember their names to go along with this review.

This office has a comfortable setting and was very clean. The staff was friendly enough...upon walking in 3 staff members were sitting at their little desks 2 saw us before the third and it was the third person who greeted us,the other two weren't rude, just lacked professional people skills. The reason this office didn't get 5 stars was because of sanitary reasons. Although the office was spotless,my daughter and I watched someone use the machines then after they were out the room they called her in and did NOT wipe down the machines between patients. I have a huge issue with that! The doctor however did wipe the machine between her patients,but the ones who handle everyone before you get to the doctor did not🤢. Literally that is the only issue I had with this office. I will however give a shout out to the gentleman who helped us with the picking the frames portion of our visit. He was very fun and friendly. I would recommend this office,but would insist that you have them wipe the machines down before you have to press your skin against them.
