(February 15, 2018, 4:02 pm)Lived there for little over a year. Maintenance guys are absolutely great! Management was really friendly too. Great value for the money. They really try to keep the facility looking good. The big downfall is it's located next to West Lake Apartments, 180 degree difference. Would still recommend though.

(August 13, 2016, 7:54 pm)My husband and I have lived here for 3 years and we've never had any problems. The office staff is pretty friendly, and most of them know us by name. Maintenance is fantastic here. Rent is a little high, but maintenance is a huge part of what makes it worth it to us. The maintenance staff is very nice, and they will get any issues taken care of as fast as they can. Usually they respond the same day, or the next morning. I also feel like this is a safe community. I've never felt unsafe, and there is a community watch program. All around, it's a great place to live!

(April 2, 2016, 9:25 am)I have lived in Ashton Pointe for four years. I must say the customer services has always been good. Not to say that me and management don't have our different at time. But overall, the customer service has been very good. They address management and service issues very fast and care about their residences. I feel safe in the community. The upkeep of the community is awesome.
