I live in a Condo community and they made repairs to my garage, interior door and repairs to the brick from a accident that I had back on October 16, 2020. Their service was exceptional. The crew led by Bob were very professional and did an outstanding job on the repairs. I would recommend them 110%!!! My hates off to them! They rock! And Josh Davis who's in the office is awesome! I had initially contacted three roofers to obtain an estimate for a leaking roof. I will not list the other two, but would suggest that one was very rude to my wife, and the other never responded with a quote at all. Josh from Chapman Neil, was very professional, and polite. He inspected our roof, and gave us a very accurate estimate. They began work when expected, and completed the work as promised. Josh was very responsive to any questions that arose. They have earned my repeat business, and I have already recommended their services to our neighbors.

My insurance company only wanted to replace half my roof after a hail storm. After Josh inspected my property he sent pictures to the adjuster and he not only got the adjuster to replace the whole roof, but also gutters, downspouts, facia, screens and power wash my privacy fence and gave it two coats of stain.

All work was done professionally and on time. If I should ever need this type of service again, I would not hesitate to call Chapman Neil and Josh.
